At Torqam, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
Because we ship our products directly from our global fulfillment centers to offer you the best prices, we do not require you to mail physical items back to us for returns. Returning items internationally can be costly and time-consuming for you, so we’ve made the process much simpler!
■ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at torqam.info@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo or short video showing the issue
Once we confirm the issue, you do not need to send the item back. You can keep or safely discard it! We will gladly arrange a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
■ Missing Items
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or items are missing from your order, please let us know. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
■ Cancellation & Mind Changes
Because our automated system processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, we generally cannot accept cancellations or returns for "change of mind" once an order has been shipped.
